Position Overview :
As a Network Hub Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing network performance and minimizing losses through strategic negotiations, campaign management, and operational oversight. This role involves analyzing historical claim data, coordinating with key stakeholders, and ensuring cost-saving initiatives are effectively implemented across the network.
Key Responsibilities :
Painting Discount Negotiations :
- Analyze historical and monthly performance data with the Claims team to identify dealer counters eligible for painting discount re-negotiation.
- Manage discount configurations in the system, ensuring real-time cost savings at the claims level.
DRC Diversion & Loss Minimization :
Identify eligible claims for DRC (Designated Repair Center) diversion and track monthly progress.Lead the 'Steering Superstars' campaign to encourage Claims Team members to divert vehicles to DRCs for improved cost control.Coordinate and manage diversion projects, assigning targets to Network Coordinators.Assess the need for new DRC workshops in strategic locations based on pin-code feedback and oversee their empanelment process.Green Ninja Campaign for Plastic Repairs :
Launch and promote the 'Green Ninja' campaign to encourage plastic repairs (e.g., Headlamps, Bumpers, Wiring Harness, Speedometers, Tail Lamps) during claims processing.Evaluate nominated claims and shortlist eligible entries for rewards and recognition.Performance Management & Reporting :
Conduct monthly evaluations of network development and publish SIM (Service Improvement Metric) reports.Monitor DRC diversion efforts and publish monthly progress reports.Project Coordination & Vendor Management :
Oversee painting schedule uploads, performing comparative studies for incremental make-wise price revisions.Conduct periodic reviews of DRC painting schedules.Manage vendor relationships for claims support functions, including Truecaller, Autoverse (Parts vendor), LOHUM & Attero (EV battery disposal vendors), and DriveU.Requirements (Experience & Education) :
Minimum 10+ years of experience in motor claims.Experienced in motor claims processing and network optimization.Diploma, BTech, or BE in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.Technical & Behavioral Skills :
Negotiation & Cost Optimization :
Ability to strategically negotiate and implement cost-saving measures within claims processes.Team Leadership & Management :
Strong leadership skills to coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and network partners.Automobile Market Expertise :
