About the Job :

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead to support our global development efforts. This individual will play a critical role in building global development operating systems, developing new markets alongside Global Managing Directors, capital development, and ultimately accelerating Redesign Health’s global expansion, to expand access to affordable, high quality care globally.

This role will report to our Head of Global Development.

Requirements

What You’ll Need :

• Bachelor’s degree with 7-10 years of experience.
• MBA preferred.
• Prior experience in investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or top-tier management consulting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead workstreams and interface with senior stakeholders in high-pressure, high-stakes environments.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of executive-level presentation development.
• Highly analytical with experience evaluating markets, sizing opportunities, and developing investment theses.
• Proven ability to leverage with AI tools to maximize productivity.
• Self-starter who thrives in entrepreneurial environments; able to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes across time zones. Deep interest in healthcare, innovation, and building new businesses from scratch.
• International or cross-border experience with an ability to quickly get up to speed on new markets and cultures.
