We are seeking an experienced Lead Generation Specialist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads that will contribute to the growth of our sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects through various lead generation techniques.
  • Engage with potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Qualify leads and set up appointments for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation strategies.
  • Analyze and report on lead generation metrics to optimize processes.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 4-10 years of experience in lead generation or sales development.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and tools.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and social media platforms.
