Essential Job Functions
- Conduct market research and identify potential clients aligned with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Perform email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach to engage prospects
- Focus on target markets in India, the Middle East (UAE, Qatar, Muscat, KSA) and the US
- Execute multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls, events) to generate and qualify leads
- Track, manage, and follow up on opportunities using CRM and SalesOps tools
- Support the demand generation team with strategic BD initiatives
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience in business development or sales in IT services.Familiarity with Time & Material staff augmentation and outsourcing modelsStrong communication skills and comfort in outbound, target-driven environmentsAbility to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teamsKey Result Areas
