Role Description

We are seeking a Data Entry & Inventory Executive to manage product and stock entries in our pharmacy software. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling pharmaceutical inventory systems and must be detail-oriented with good computer skills.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Data Entry & Inventory Executive at our store in Mumbai. The individual will be responsible for accurately entering data into our pharmacy software, managing inventory levels, and ensuring that all records are up to date. They will also assist with administrative tasks, support customer service, and communicate effectively with team members to maintain seamless store operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities :

• Enter product details, batches, pricing, and expiry dates into PharmSoft WOW – Ecogreen
• Maintain accurate and real-time stock levels
• Coordinate with suppliers for purchase entries and stock inwarding
• Generate inventory reports and highlight discrepancies
• Support billing team in case of software issues or stock mismatches
• Ensure expiry and low-stock alerts are flagged in time
