Job description :

Designation : Strategic Catalyst & Chief of Staff

Location : - Chennai or Bangalore (Preferred) / Online if experience and org fit well

Experience : 6 or 8 plus Years of relevant experience (in complex program management / strategy / chief of staff specific experience)

CTC – 60,000 – 70,000 per month

Working Days / Hours : 40 hours per week (Evenings couple of hours needed to work with US counterparts, as well as some weekend hours may be needed) – and some travel for key events needed

Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It :

• Be the Growth Architect :  The CEO's primary partner in exploring and launching new ventures. You will dive deep into market research, model new business lines, and build the strategic case for our next big move.
• Master of Execution :  Translate visionary ideas into concrete, actionable project plans. You'll align teams, smash through roadblocks, and drive initiatives across the finish line with relentless speed and precision.
• Act as the CEO's Leverage :  Own the CEO's priorities, safeguarding their time and focus. You'll prepare them for high-stakes meetings, manage key communications, and ensure that the groundwork is already laid for action.
• Embrace Day to Day Project Operations :  Never fear to co-ordinate leaders of the company in their project management objectively - And excited to look at day to day operations and solve issues
• Build the Operating System :  Identify and eliminate friction within the organization. You will refine our processes, enhance communication flows, and build the operational backbone that allows us to scale effectively without slowing down.
