Co-Founder / Director ( Staffing Company)
We are a leading Staffing Services company based in Bangalore looking to join hands with passionate Business Leaders as Co-Founder or Partners for growth with experience in Staffing or Recruitment Services and who manage and develop clients and provide a scalable business.
Role : As Director for Growth in new and existing business acquisition and engagement and delivery. You will be supported with a team and all means to grow the business in your vertical / domain. No investment required. You will form a team and focus on primarily engagement and delivery.
We are looking for candidates who
- Has experience in IT or non_IT staffing or recruitment services.
- Build, lead & manage the entire sales and delivery.
- Will work with the management in building the vision, team and platform.
- Oversee all aspects of the technology, including technical strategy, technical architecture, best practices & technology stacks.
- Build & lead the tech team as the company grows
- Provide expertise and partnership in solving business challenges through practical solutions that speed Learning and enable execution of the organizational strategy.
- Lead and influence change management initiatives with functional / operational leaders in order to address issues that will enhance overall performance and build the talent capability of the teams.
Note : This is an entrepreneurship role, than a job.
