Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, overseeing employee relations, handling performance management, developing and implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The role also involves conducting training and development programs, improving workplace culture, and managing employee records.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition
• Strong skills in employee relations and performance management
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with labor laws
• Ability to conduct and manage training and development programs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or HR certification is a plus
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry is a plus
