Title : HR of Exp : 1-3 Years

JD : Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, payroll, attendance, and leave management.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal HR policies.
- Oversee employee lifecycle management, including recruitment, onboarding, performance appraisals, and exits.
- Handle employee queries and support management in employee relations and grievance resolution.
- Implement HR best practices and streamline HR processes for efficiency.
- Maintain accurate HR records, generate reports, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive remote work culture.
- Collaborate with other departments to support organizational goals and HR & Graduate / MBA in HR or related field 1-5 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a remote or distributed work setup.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, payroll, compliance, and labor laws.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
