Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled and dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our Non-IT hiring function. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role, responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including campus hiring, stakeholder management, and strategic sourcing. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in handling mid to senior-level hiring in Non-IT domains.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process – from sourcing to onboarding for Non-IT roles across multiple functions.
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand talent requirements and deliver effective hiring strategies.
• Drive campus hiring initiatives including campus connects, pre-placement talks, and fresher hiring drives.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with business heads and leadership teams.
• Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality of hire and candidate experience.
• Use innovative sourcing methods including social media, networking, employee referrals, and job portals.
• Manage offer negotiations and onboarding while ensuring compliance with internal HR policies.
• Track and present recruitment metrics (TAT, cost per hire, offer-to-join ratio).
• Stay updated with industry hiring trends and competitor analysis.
