Sr Power BI Developer

BI Role :

We are looking for a BI professional with strong hands-on experience in dashboard development and end-to-end BI implementation .

Desirable skill – AI ML exposure. Knowledge if have exp very good.

Key Expectations :

• Dash boarding Expertise : The candidate must have deep experience in creating dashboards from scratch, particularly in scenarios where data is unstructured . They should know how to clean, transform, and convert unstructured data into a structured format suitable for dashboard creation.
• Full BI Lifecycle Exposure : They should be well-versed in the entire BI process – from data ingestion, modelling, and transformation to visualization and storytelling through dashboards.
• Analytical Thinking & Outcome Interpretation : The candidate should have the ability to derive insights and explain the meaning behind the dashboard visuals , not just create them. This includes the ability to present and interpret dashboards effectively to senior leadership / CXO-level stakeholders , including client-side executives.
• Strong Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are critical. The candidate should be able to articulate technical insights in a simple and impactful manner to non-technical stakeholders.

BI Dashboarding & Looker experience required.
