Job descriptionMotivate ones own team and identify opportunities to take part in change initiatives, Recommend improvements to departmental policy and directs the implementation of procedures and controls so that all relevant procedural / legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service to & Reports : Prepare MIS statements and reports pertaining to department to meet INJAZATs and the Perform other related duties or assignments as Skills : Expert knowledge in Data Modelling, Data visualization, Data Reporting, Statistical Analysis, Data Warehouse / Data Marts implementation and Data Analysis models. Strong experience with writing SQL in relational database Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with data visualization tools Agile development methodology experience Ability to prioritize with good time management skills Understand business requirements in the BI context and design data models to convert raw data to meaningful insights Create dashboards and visual interactive reports using On Premise Power BI Analyze data and present it through reports that can help in decision-making Able to convert business requirements into technical specifications and decide the timeline to accomplish tasks Design, develop, and deploy Power BI scripts and perform efficient detailed analysis Perform DAX queries and functions in Power BI Create charts and document data with algorithms, parameters, models, and relations explanations Conduct data warehouse development Perform SQL querying for best results Use filters and graphs for a better understanding of the data Define and design new systems by analyzing current ETL processes Make technical changes to existing BI systems in order to enhance their functioning
Day to Day Operations :
- Develop operational reports
- Build automated reports and dashboards with the help of On Premise Power BI
- Understand business requirements to set functional specifications for reporting applications
- Be experienced in tools and systems on MS SQL Server including SSRS and TSQL, Power Query, MDX, PowerBI, and DAX
- Be able to quickly shape data into reporting and analytics solutions
- Create functional reporting
- Have knowledge of database fundamentals such as multidimensional database design, relational database design, and more
- Should be able to write DAX with complex logic
- Trouble shooting skills
- Design conceptual and logical data models and data Quality & Environment :
- Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies,
procedures and controls across the section in order to guarantee employee safety, legislative
compliance and a responsible environmental Improvement :
