Job Title : Sr. Sales Manager - Sales & Marketing
Overview :
This senior-level position involves leading and managing all sales and marketing initiatives to achieve organizational sales and revenue targets in
Gas, Flame & Fire Detection Systems
Key Responsibilities :
Strategy Development :
Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
Team Leadership :
Lead, mentor, and motivate diverse sales and marketing teams to meet and exceed performance goals.
Market & Sales Analysis :
Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Client & Stakeholder Management :
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, Consultants, EPC, decision-makers, and other stakeholders to foster loyalty and drive business.
Budget Management :
Develop and manage budgets for marketing campaigns and sales initiatives, ensuring a positive return on investment (ROI).
Performance Monitoring :
Track sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to present insights to senior management.
Cross-functional Collaboration :
Work closely with other departments, such as product development, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless strategy execution.
Campaign Execution :
Oversee the planning and execution of creative and innovative marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Experience :
Proven experience (often 5+ years) in sales and marketing roles, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Leadership Skills :
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and manage teams effectively.
Analytical Skills :
Strong analytical mindset and a data-driven approach to strategy development and performance evaluation.
