Job Summary : We are looking for a Sales Head based in Mumbai to drive revenue growth in the BFSI sector. This is an individual contributor role focused on hunting new clients, farming existing accounts, and engaging with CXO-level stakeholders to deliver fintech solutions adoption and business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Acquire new banking clients and expand relationships with existing accounts
Engage with CXO-level stakeholders to drive solution adoption
Deliver strategic sales outcomes and meet revenue target
Work independently while collaborating with internal teams to ensure client success
Required Qualifications & Skills :
10–15+ years of B2B sales experience in BFSI or fintech solutions
Proven track record in hunting and farming enterprise accounts
Strong CXO-level engagement experience
Deep knowledge of fintech domain and digital payments
Based in Mumbai and ready to work from the office
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience selling mission-critical enterprise payment products or SaaS solutions
Prior exposure to managing complex, high-value accounts in BFSI
