Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Manager located in Panaji. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR functions, including recruitment, training, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. They will also ensure the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• HR Management, Recruitment, and Training skills
• Employee Relations and Benefits Administration knowledge
• Understanding of HR compliance and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
