Human Resources Manager

Purpose

: The Business HR will serve as an HR partner to the Pet Food business vertical, driving people strategy aligned with business objectives. This role will execute the HR agenda across talent management, hiring, capability building, performance, employee engagement, and compliance for the vertical.

Position Title - Manager / Sr Manager HR

Experience - 8 to12 years

T alent Acquisition :

Facilitate the hiring needs and attached the right talent as per the yearly budget given.

Talent Management

Develop and execute talent development strategies including succession planning and career paths.

Partner with Learning & Development to build leadership and functional capabilities.

Performance & Rewards

Drive performance management culture focused on accountability, outcomes, and continuous feedback

Ensure effective implementation of performance reviews

Compliance

Ensure and monitor the statutory compliances for Factory and Sales

Ensure smooth closure of disciplinary cases reported to HR

Ensure seamless HR operations including employee lifecycle management, HRIS usage, and policy governance.
