Kelp is a fast-growing fintech product company that works with leading private equity and financial institutions. Our team is young, dynamic, and passionate about solving real problems in finance through technology.

What You'll Do

  • Support clients in their journey with our fintech products.
  • Act as the first point of contact for B2B client servicing needs.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
  • Build strong relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to improving processes and client experience.

What We're Looking For

  • Education : MBA / Engineering graduates (Tier 2 or Tier 3 colleges).
  • Experience : 0–2 years (preferably in client servicing, B2B roles).
  • Skills :
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work with teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and eagerness to learn.
