About the Role
We’re seeking a Quality Improvements Specialist to join our team and enhance the customer experience by identifying areas for improvement and driving impactful changes.
Requirements
- Lead and participate in customer service quality improvement projects
- Analyze CSAT data and customer feedback for actionable insights
- Utilize AI tools (e.g., sentiment analysis) to assess customer interactions
- Conduct in-depth analysis of customer trends and communication channels
- Work cross-departmentally to identify issues and share best practices
- Develop and maintain quality reviews and reporting systems
- Collaborate with internal teams and outsourcing partners to implement solutions
