Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth for microscopes within the assigned region.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Pathology Labs, Diagnostic Centers, Hospitals, Medical Colleges, Universities, Agricultural Labs, FSL, and Industrial sectors.
- Promote products to government and private sector institutions.
- Arrange and attend appointments with doctors through scheduled meetings and regular outreach.
- Conduct product demonstrations, customer training, and technical support.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Implement sales and marketing strategies assigned by the RSM / NSM.
- Ensure timely daily reporting and provide feedback on customer interactions.
- Manage area sales, payment collections, customer issue resolution, and routine visits.
- Analyze market potential, track sales performance, and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Engage with customers consistently (daily / weekly / monthly).
- Learn product functionalities and troubleshoot customer issues effectively.
- Prepare and submit weekly reports to management.
- Execute tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
Qualifications & Skills Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.1.5 to 3 years of sales experience, preferably in medical devices, microscopes, scientific instruments, or laboratory products.Strong sales acumen with high energy and goal orientation.Excellent business awareness and market understanding.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.Adaptability to fast-paced and field-driven work environments.Skills : field sales,area sales,territory sales,medical devices,microscope sales,reporting,b2b sales,lead generation,client acquisition,key account management
