Roles and Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and mentor a diverse sales team, including Sales Executives and Sales Managers.
Foster a positive, high-performance culture within the sales team to ensure targets and KPIs are met.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
Provide training and development to enhance the team's product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of individual team members, offering constructive feedback and implementing improvement plans where needed.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet both short-term and long-term revenue goals.
Ensure effective lead generation and client acquisition strategies are in place.
