Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Trip Coordination Support : Assist in planning and executing group trips, ensuring smooth communication with vendors, hotels, guides, and activity partners.
- Customer Assistance : Respond to traveler queries (via WhatsApp, email, calls), share trip details, and guide customers through booking / visa-related processes.
- Booking & Documentation : Help manage reservations, collect required documents from travelers, and maintain accurate records on CRM tools.
- Vendor Management : Coordinate with suppliers (transport, hotels, activity providers) for confirmations, payments, and on-ground requirements.
- Itinerary Execution : Support in monitoring live trips, checking that logistics (meals, transfers, activities) run as per schedule.
- Itinerary building : Research various nw destinations, get quote from multiple vendors and take trips live.
About Company : We are an experiential travel platform that enables content creators to host group trips for their communities, like yoga retreats, art retreats, girls' trips, adventure trips, etc. We are two founders - Radhika and Parnash, with 20+ years of experience with Zomato, BCG, HUL, Byju's, and A&M. We are alumni of IIM Calcutta, INSEAD, NSIT, and NIT Durgapur.
