Operations Internship in Gurgaon

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Support Apprentice to support the Delivery Operations team in streamlining day-to-day operational activities. This role will assist in managing core functions such as timesheet tracking, staffing coordination, MIS reporting, and operational process optimization. The ideal candidate should possess strong MS Excel skills, basic operations knowledge, and a learning mindset. Selected Intern&aposs Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Assist in resource allocation, staffing coordination, and workforce planning support in collaboration with the team and HR.
• Maintain and update MIS reports, trackers, and operational dashboards.
• Help ensure timesheet compliance and timely follow-ups with internal teams.
• Support in gathering and preparing data for project invoicing and cost tracking.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with departments like HR, finance, and delivery.
• Identify bottlenecks and assist in process improvements and workflow optimization.
• Use Excel and reporting tools to generate periodic performance and operations reports.
• Contribute to compliance with standard operating procedures and reporting protocols.
• Provide administrative and operational support across delivery functions.
• Work under the guidance of senior team members to support the execution of key operational initiatives.
