Operations Internship in Delhi

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include (for NBFC Operations)

• Assist in end-to-end loan processing, including document verification, data entry, and preliminary eligibility checks.
• Coordinate with sales, credit, and finance teams to ensure smooth movement of files through various approval stages.
• Monitor borrower onboarding and KYC compliance, ensuring all documentation meets RBI and internal policy guidelines.
• Track disbursements, repayments, and collection reports and help reconcile operational data with finance records.
• Handle customer queries related to loan status, repayments, and documentation in coordination with the operations manager.
• Prepare and maintain daily MIS and operational reports for management review.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround time in loan operations.
• Assist in audits and compliance checks by maintaining accurate operational records and logs.
