Salary : ₹35,000 - ₹40,000 per month

Position Overview :

We are looking for a highly motivated and goal-oriented Enterprise Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving B2B sales, building long-term relationships with enterprise clients, and identifying new business opportunities across various sectors.

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Identify, engage, and convert prospective enterprise clients through consultative selling.
  • Understand client needs and propose customized solutions based on Aliste’s offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase the value proposition.
  • Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to align on customer requirements and sales strategies.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain an updated CRM with all sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitor analysis.

Requirements :

  • 1-2 years of experience in B2B / enterprise sales, preferably in tech or SaaS industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
