The position involves overseeing and managing the Private Client Group (PCG) dealing desk, developing and executing advisory strategies, and providing high-quality investment advice to clients. Responsibilities include monitoring market trends, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, maintaining client relationships, and leading a high-performing team. Additionally, this role requires collaborating with internal departments to ensure seamless client experiences and continuously improving service offerings.Qualifications- Strong skills in financial advising, market analysis, and portfolio management.- Experience with team leadership, mentoring, and performance management.- Exceptional communication and client relationship management abilities.- Thorough understanding of financial regulations and compliance practices.- Proficiency in financial tools, platforms, and market research technologies.- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field is required; an advanced degree or certification (e.g., CFA, CFP) is preferred.- Proven experience in a financial advisory or leadership role, preferably within a global IT or financial services organization, is strongly desirable.
