Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chinese CDP 1 (Chef de Partie) located in New Delhi. The Chinese CDP 1 will be responsible for preparing and creating Chinese dishes, managing kitchen staff, maintaining food quality and hygiene standards, and ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen. The role also includes inventory management and collaborating with other chefs and kitchen staff.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing Chinese cuisine and using traditional cooking techniques
• Experience in managing kitchen staff and ensuring food quality
• Knowledge of food hygiene standards and practices
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high standard of food service
• Strong organizational and inventory management skills
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
