Role Summary

As a CDP at Food Whisperer, you'll lead a specific section of the kitchen—such as , South Indian, North Indian, Chinese, or Awadhi—and ensure every dish meets the brand's high standards for taste, presentation, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Section Management : Independently run your assigned kitchen section with precision and ownership.
• Cooking & Presentation : Prepare dishes according to standard recipes; ensure mise en place is ready for smooth service.
• Quality Control : Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation; check freshness and storage.
• Team Collaboration : Coordinate with Sous and Head Chefs; mentor junior staff in technique and hygiene.
• Inventory & Waste Management : Monitor stock, report shortages, minimize waste, and ensure proper labeling and storage.
