Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chef De Partie specializing in Bakery at Clarks Exotica Convention Resort & Spa, located in Bengaluru. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for daily bakery operations, preparing and baking various bakery items, maintaining quality and consistency in production, ensuring hygiene standards, and managing inventory. The role also involves assisting the Head Chef in menu planning, training junior staff, and ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
