Job Description :
You will be required to Set up a sales process in place to monitor effort, effectiveness and results. Work with Hr team to make sure required no of sales resources are In place.Mentor and train the sales team to make sure, they sell the solutions to the prospective customers.Work with branch managers, to make sure the revenue targets are met.Work with marketing team to generate leads of the prospective customers.Conduct daily huddles with the Branch Managers and Sales Team members to discuss the day plan and numbers to be achieved.Skill Set- :
