Junior Merchandiser

Toni Rossi is a leading leather footwear brand in Chennai and We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Merchandiser to join our Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the merchandiser with stock planning, analytics, sales forecasting and Coordinating with our logistics team.

Responsibilities :

Maintain merchandising data, including cost sheets, BOMs, pricing, and product specs.

Support the senior merchandiser with the demand forecasting, stock planning, and inventory management in line with sales trends.

Analyse sell-through and prepare reports to assess performance Monthly, Quarterly and Annually.

Coordinate with our Logistics partners to ensure timely pick up and delivery of our shipments.

This is a full-time office based role in Chennai.

Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Footwear Design, Leather Technology, or a related field.

0-1 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in leather footwear or accessories.

Strong understanding of footwear Industry, Fashion Industry, materials (especially leather), and manufacturing processes.

Excellent communication and vendor management skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and merchandising tools.

Eye for detail, style, and commercial awareness.

Ability to take direction, meet deadlines, and work independently.
