Responsibilities
Vendor management and price negotiation.
Fabric costing to optimize margins.
Sourcing, selecting and placing orders for fabric, trims, and packaging supplies.
Evaluation of fabric quality.
Production follow up and maintenance.
Inward and outward stock inventory management.
Handling POs, post-shipment paperwork, and generating invoices before processing shipments.
Being a part of the administrative team and the operations executives.
Planning and developing merchandising strategies.
Researching market trends, customer feedback, and sales data to forecast product requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
Remuneration
3.75 to 5.25LPA based on qualifications and experience.
