Key Responsibilities :
1. Sourcing the right profiles from US-specific job portals like Dice, and Monster and for India-specific job portals like Naukri and .
2. Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to identify top talent
3. Managing client relationships and understanding their hiring needs
4. Utilizing ATS to streamline the recruitment process and track candidate data
5. Conducting market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
6. Negotiating job offers and managing payroll processes
7. Collaborating with team members to ensure successful recruitment outcomes
