Fashion Operations Assistant (Full-Time, Paid)

About the Role :

We are looking for a Fashion Operations Assistant to join our team at Shop&Yours, a growing fashion brand.

It mainly involves managing day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth order flow and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities :

• Order Packaging : Pack customer orders neatly and ensure items are shipped safely.
• Dispatch Coordination : Work with delivery partners for timely dispatch and track shipments.
• Product Labelling : Tag and label new products before they are stocked or dispatched.
• Quality Check (QC) : Inspect products before packing to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Inventory Management : Maintain accurate stock records and organize inventory in the warehouse.
• Customer Calls : Contact customers when required for order or address confirmations.
• Office Assistance : Support with daily operational and administrative work as needed.
