Fashion Operations Assistant (Full-Time, Paid)
Salary : ₹15,000 / month
About the Role :
We are looking for a Fashion Operations Assistant to join our team at Shop&Yours, a growing fashion brand.
It mainly involves managing day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth order flow and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Order Packaging : Pack customer orders neatly and ensure items are shipped safely.
- Dispatch Coordination : Work with delivery partners for timely dispatch and track shipments.
- Product Labelling : Tag and label new products before they are stocked or dispatched.
- Quality Check (QC) : Inspect products before packing to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Inventory Management : Maintain accurate stock records and organize inventory in the warehouse.
- Customer Calls : Contact customers when required for order or address confirmations.
- Office Assistance : Support with daily operational and administrative work as needed.
