Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Documentation Assistant located in Gurugram. The Documentation Assistant will be responsible for managing and organizing documents, including export documentation. Day-to-day tasks will involve preparing, handling, and archiving various documents, ensuring that all documentation is complete, up-to-date, and accurately reflects the company's procedures and standards.
Can prepare Pre & Post Documentation,
Can preparing export Invoice,
packing List,
tracking Shipment,
Coordination with Overseas Buyers,
Can coordinate with Agents regarding shipments,
Handling Export documents and submission to Banks, DGFT
can keep all export documents.
should be knowledge of courier and export activities.
Can coordinate with accounts team requirements.
Qualifications
Experience in Documentation and Document Management
Proficiency in handling Export Documentation
Knowledge of Archives management
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in using document management software is a plus
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
