• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and affiliate networks
• Own end-to-end campaign management : planning, budgeting, execution, optimization, and reporting
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to maximize ROI and drive growth
• Collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive messaging and targeting
• A / B test ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to improve conversion rates
• Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies
• Manage agency relationships and ensure deliverables align with KPIs
