About the Role :
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Digital Performance Marketer to drive our digital initiatives across paid media, SEO, social media, and brand visibility. You will be responsible for leading campaigns, and managing a high-performing team to fuel brand growth and revenue. If you have 2-4 years of proven digital marketing leadership experience and a passion for innovation and performance, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities :
- Performance Marketing : Lead paid media campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) with a focus on high ROI and strong ROAS.
- SEO & Website Optimization : Manage SEO strategy and oversee website UX improvements to enhance organic visibility and lead generation.
- Digital PR & Influencer Outreach : Build brand credibility through digital PR, influencer collaborations, and media partnerships.
- Analytics & Optimization : Monitor campaign metrics, generate insights, and optimize strategies based on performance data.
- Client Management : Handle onboarding, relationship management, and upselling / cross-selling opportunities for client accounts.
- Team Building : Mentor, develop, and grow a high-performing digital marketing team.
