Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management :
- Lead, build, and nurture strong client relationships.
- Drive vertical and horizontal expansion across key accounts.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring alignment with their business goals.
Business & Revenue Ownership :
Manage revenue targets and recognition goals.Provide regular performance and revenue reporting to the leadership team.Identify opportunities for account growth and profitability.Operational Leadership :
Oversee day-to-day operations for the assigned cluster.Define and implement operations strategies, SOPs, and team structures to enhance efficiencyand productivity.
Monitor operational performance and identify areas of improvement.Team Development & Leadership :
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing account management team.Foster a culture of learning, growth, trust, and accountability.Conduct regular training, performance evaluations, and team engagement activities.Strategic Collaboration :
Work closely with cross-functional teams within the agency and broader network to deliver integrated solutions.Collaborate on campaign planning, brand strategy, and execution.Ensure alignment between client expectations and internal deliverables.Stakeholder Engagement :
Represent the agency in senior-level client meetings and presentations.Provide strategic inputs and executive-level consultation on brand and marketing initiatives.Required Skills & Qualifications
10-14 years of experience in Account Management, preferably in a agency environment.Proven experience in leading client accounts and managing high-value relationships.Strong understanding of marketing, brand strategy, and campaign execution.Demonstrated success in meeting revenue and operational targets.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Ability to drive collaboration across departments and geographies.Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to solving complex problems.(ref : iimjobs.com)
