Summary
As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between clients and the systems or applications they use. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with clients, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless system operation. You will leverage your exceptional communication skills to deliver high-quality service, provide effective solutions, and deepen your product knowledge to enhance client satisfaction and system performance.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in application and system support
- Collaborate and manage a team to achieve goals and objectives
- Make key decisions that impact team performance and system reliability
- Engage with multiple teams to contribute to strategic decisions and problem-solving
- Provide solutions to problems affecting immediate and multiple teams
- Facilitate training sessions to enhance team capabilities and knowledge sharing
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
Requirements
Must-Have Skills :Proficiency in LinuxStrong understanding of system administration and troubleshooting techniquesExperience with scripting languages such as Bash or PythonFamiliarity with cloud technologies and virtualizationAbility to work with monitoring tools to ensure system reliabilityAdditional Requirements :Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Linux15 years of full-time educationImmediate joiners with a notice period of zero months
