Job Overview

We are looking for a female sales coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth operations in client servicing, order processing, and communication. This is a back-office role based at our Jaipur office, ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and excellent in communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team, clients, and vendors regarding orders and deliveries
• Prepare quotations, sales invoices, and follow up on payments
• Maintain sales records and customer databases
• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email professionally
• Liaise with logistics and dispatch teams for timely deliveries
• Assist in preparing daily / weekly / monthly sales reports
• Track inventory levels and update the team accordingly
• Support in managing dealer and distributor communication
