Experience : 7 to 9 years

Power Automate / Cloud Flow -

• Workflow Customisation and Automation :
• Customise and automate workflows within Power Automate to streamline Dynamics 365 customer service processes, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
• Integration with Banking Systems :
• Develop integrations between Power Automate and various banking systems to ensure seamless data flow and functionality across platforms.
• AI Builder Integration for AI-Driven Insights :
• Leverage AI Builder within Power Automate to implement classification and sentiment analysis, providing deep insights into customer interactions and feedback.
• Scalability and System Enhancement :
• Design solutions with scalability in mind, ensuring the ability to handle increasing volumes of data and transactions without compromising performance.
• CI / CD Automation for Deployment :
• Implement Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI / CD) practices for automated testing and deployment of Power Automate flows, ensuring reliability and rapid delivery of updates.
• Technical Leadership and Strategy :
• Lead projects and technical teams in developing advanced automation solutions, providing strategic direction and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
