Job Title : Power Platform Developer

Location : Pune

Experience : 4 - 6 Years

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Power Platform Developer to join our team and play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing business applications using the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building end-to-end solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, and will work closely with business stakeholders to automate processes, improve workflows, and deliver scalable digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and deploy applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven).
  • Build and automate workflows and business processes using Power Automate.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Azure, and third-party systems.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, user-friendly solutions.
  • Ensure solutions adhere to security, compliance, and governance best practices.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing Power Platform solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Power Platform features and updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • 4 - 6 years of experience in application development, with at least 3+ years in Power Platform.
  • Hands-on expertise in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, Power BI.
  • Strong knowledge of Dataverse, SharePoint, and MS SQL Server.
  • Experience with custom connectors, API integrations, and Azure services.
  • Proficiency in designing intuitive and responsive UI / UX within Power Apps.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics 365 certification (preferred).

    • Nice-to-Have Skills :

  • Knowledge of Power Virtual Agents (chatbots).
  • Familiarity with Azure Logic Apps, Functions, and DevOps CI / CD pipelines.
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Azure DevOps).
  • Experience working in Banking, Insurance, or Capital Markets domain (plus).
