Job Description :

• Handson design development and deployment experience with the Servicenow platform
• ServiceNow implementation experience in HRSD modules configuring HR Services Record producer HR templates HR Criteria in the Lifecycle events module
• Integration experience with 3rd party tools using Rest and SOAP protocols
• Handson experience in creating Service Portal pages and widgets using AngularJS HTML and CSS
• Good understanding of leveraging ServiceNow components including Script Includes client scripts UI Policies and business rules
• Can troubleshoot basic configurationscript issues
• Can demonstrate a record of accomplishment in managing multiple complex tasks simultaneously
• Can work independently and collaboratively with customers and delivery teams on implementations and remote services
• Exhibits punctual and attentive attendance at all project meetings including requirements review and validation sessions SCRUM ceremonies
• Utilizes strong communication presentation and writing skills
