About Us :

We are a growing IT services company specializing in Full stack, Mobile apps and Salesforce cloud delivery and digital transformation. With a focus on innovation and customer success, we help enterprises optimize their IT infrastructure and achieve business objectives. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Pre-Sales Executive to drive engagement with potential leads, position our value proposition effectively, and play a pivotal role in business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Engage with potential leads and clients to understand their business challenges and IT needs.

Act as a brand evangelist, effectively communicating the company's expertise, solutions, and value propositions.

Work closely with sales and technical teams to craft compelling presentations, proposals, and demonstrations tailored to client requirements.

Develop and nurture relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers in enterprise organizations.

Leverage experience from large IT services companies (Accenture, IBM, Wipro, etc.) to position our company competitively.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine sales strategies.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align business solutions with customer expectations.

Support RFP / RFI responses with detailed technical and business insights.

Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes, collateral, and engagement strategies.

Key Requirements :

10+ years of experience in B2B pre-sales, sales consulting, or solution selling within IT services.

Prior experience working with large IT services firms (Accenture, IBM, Wipro, TCS, Infosys, etc.).

Strong knowledge of Salesforce, cloud solutions, and enterprise IT landscapes.

Proven track record of engaging and influencing senior decision-makers.

Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.

Ability to translate complex technical solutions into compelling business value.

Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and drive results independently.

Experience working with a smaller company or startup is a plus, with the ability to drive business impact hands-on.

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in business, IT, or a related field preferred.
