About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sr. Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team. This role will focus on brand management for IMS Decimal / IMS nHance and will involve planning, executing, and analyzing integrated marketing campaigns across digital platforms, social media, email, content marketing, events, and industry partnerships.
The ideal candidate should proactive, creative, and analytical with hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and brand communication.
Key Responsibilities
A. Social Media Management
- Create, schedule, and manage monthly social media posts.
- Research, ideate, and execute engaging content including photography / videography and editing when required.
- Monitor trends and adopt innovative strategies.
- Conduct ORM, re-share and re-purpose content.
- Prepare monthly reports covering competitor analysis, follower count, engagement metrics, insights, audience quality check, and recommendations.
B. Email Marketing (E-shots & Newsletters)
Plan and execute E-shots and Newsletters across geographies and sectors.End-to-end responsibility : research, briefing, ideation, structuring, data collection, design, scheduling, and execution.Track and report open rates, bounce rates, and overall performance.Ensure accurate targeting and database hygiene.Hands-on experience with Zoho Campaigns preferred.C. Lead Generation
Support activities that drive inquiries and qualified leads via digital and offline channels.D. Content & Resources
Coordinate and create blogs, infographics, eBooks, and whitepapers aligned with the marketing strategy.Manage website updates, new content uploads, and cross-promotion across channels.E. Video & Reel Creation
Ideate, storyboard, and coordinate shoots for reels and short-form videos.Ensure engaging, on-brand execution.F. Marketing Collaterals
Create / revamp / edit sales and branding materials including :Website pages, banners, case studies, brochures, service decks, videos, visiting cards, signatures, and award entries.G. Awards, Memberships & Conferences
Manage registrations, submissions, and brand representation for awards and memberships.Research and recommend relevant conferences, certifications, and sponsorship opportunities.Coordinate booth design, giveaways, brochures, and third-party organizers.Execute related campaigns including promotional and thank-you e-shots, social media campaigns, and reporting.Maintain updated CRM with attendee and lead data.Manage renewals, benefits, and collaborations with associations.H. Webinars, Lives, & Podcasts
Research relevant topics and speakers / guests.Set up briefing calls and prepare information packets.Coordinate with third parties, hosts, and SPOCs pre, during, and post event.Handle backend during webinars, including attendee engagement and inquiry responses.Execute e-shot communications and follow-up campaigns.I. SEO & Digital Marketing Support
Understand and apply SEO and digital marketing best practices to strengthen online visibility.Collaborate with digital agencies / teams for campaign execution and optimization.Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B or professional services.Strong content writing, editing, and communication skills.Hands-on experience in social media management, Zoho Campaigns, and CRM tools.Creative mindset with proficiency in Canva / Adobe Suite for design.Basic video editing skills preferred.Analytical skills to interpret marketing performance reports.Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital campaign management.Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work with cross-functional teams.
