About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead enterprise-scale Java-based projects and drive high-performance delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Java technologies, a deep understanding of Agile delivery practices, and a proven track record of managing distributed teams while ensuring top-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Java projects, including both development and support phases
• Manage cross-functional Agile teams comprising Java Developers, QA Engineers, and DevOps professionals
• Ensure on-time, secure, and high-quality delivery of solutions adhering to SLAs
• Drive continuous process improvements and optimize delivery practices
• Engage directly with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations, resolve escalations, and report on delivery KPIs
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure proper solution architecture and infrastructure implementation
