Role Overview :
- We are looking for an experienced and certified Six Sigma Black Belt / Master Black Belt professional to join our leadership team as Assistant General Manager - Business Excellence.
- This role will focus on driving process improvement, Agile and DevOps maturity, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction across Guardian's technology landscape.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead Lean Six Sigma projects to improve efficiency, reduce defects, and enhance quality across technology operations.Identify waste and inefficiencies in software development, DevOps, cloud operations, and IT service management.Develop and implement data-driven solutions to optimize delivery, Agile execution, and incident management.Enhance CI / CD pipeline efficiency and drive automation adoption.Define and monitor KPIs related to quality, Agile maturity, and DevOps performance.Drive improvements in test automation, defect reduction, and system stability.Partner with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and engineering leaders to enhance Agile practices.Mentor teams on Lean, Agile, and DevOps principles.Required Skills & Qualifications :
17+ years of experience in process excellence, technology operations, or software delivery.Certified Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt.Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and DevOps practices.Hands-on experience with automation, CI / CD, and test-driven development.Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to drive data-driven decision-making.Nice to Have :
Proficiency with analytics tools such as Python, R, Power BI, Tableau.Familiarity with Agile / DevOps tools such as Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, GitHub.Exposure to AI / ML-driven process optimization.Experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).Leadership Competencies & Culture Fit :
