Key Responsibilities :
- Teaching & Content Design : Teach and design engaging lectures, case studies, and experiential learning activities on People Management.
- Course Development : Develop course materials, lesson plans, and assessments aligned with the program curriculum.
- Mentorship & Guidance : Mentor and guide students in understanding people-centric business strategies and practical HR challenges.
- Classroom Engagement : Encourage classroom discussions and critical thinking on leadership, motivation, conflict resolution, and organizational culture.
- Collaboration & Innovation : Work with the department to enhance academic content and introduce innovative teaching methodologies.
- Academic Participation : Participate in academic events, seminars, and research initiatives within the institution.
