This role is essentially "sales" at Early Steps Academy . The sales process here is slightly different, as we have zero cold calling. All the parents and children we touch are those who are interested in joining the program. By the time you get to speak to them, they have already attended one class, seen all the details about the program and your job is to just consult on any outstanding queries about the learning product. Given the global reach of Early Steps Academy, this role involves international exposure and therefore, any previous exposure to a global audience will be a plus! In this role you would be working closely with the core team and the founder to do as it takes to move the company forward.
