Responsibilities :

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from a provided list or lead database.
• Introduce and explain the features and benefits of our products / services to potential clients.
• Engage in effective and persuasive conversations to generate interest and close sales.
• Meet daily and monthly outbound call targets to contribute to the overall sales goals.
• Keep accurate and detailed records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or other channels.
• Handle customer objections and provide information to address concerns.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
• Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling and social media.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their business needs and proposing suitable HR Tech solutions.
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
